Mechanical Engineering Degree from Ferrara University in 2002.
After a short experience in a material test laboratory, he enters the Oil&Gas Industry, working for a multinational company as Engineering manager first and as Manufacturing Managers for more than twelve years.
He recorded many different international experience especially in the US and Middle East both in management and engineering projects.
He mainly dealt with the projects of Lean Thinking implementation, TPS (Toyota Production System), Negotiation, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, International Reporting System, Web based communication systems.
Since 2007 he has been co-owner and founder of E-Tech Engineering in Ferrara, specialized in engineering solutions and drafting for both the Oil&Gas and Industrial industry
Since 2015 he has been co-owner and founder of Just Work srl.
